All music, images, videos and articles on this website are the copyright of Tam Vinh Nguyen unless otherwise noted. You may listen, view and share links to this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

Free gifts

The projects, templates and samples given through this website are for your personal learning and production. You may use them in your own music, including commercial releases, but you may not resell, redistribute or publicly repost the original files in any form. Download links expire 60 minutes after being sent; if yours expires, simply claim the gift again.

Purchases and payment

Prices on the website are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND). Payment is made via bank transfer and reconciled automatically using the order code in your transfer description. You must enter the exact order code for the system to automatically verify and confirm. For downloadable digital products, you receive a download link via email immediately upon successful payment, supporting up to 5 downloads with the option to self-grant more via your account page. For online courses on Unica, you receive a lifetime activation code with detailed instructions via email.

Digital products refund policy

• Due to the nature of downloadable digital files and lifetime course activation codes, automatic refunds are not supported once download links are generated or activation codes are successfully delivered.
• Cases eligible for a 100% refund: (1) The downloaded file has a technical defect or data corruption and support cannot provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of notification; (2) You sent duplicate transfers for the same order code; (3) An activation code is defective from the distribution system and cannot be redeemed after reconciliation.
• Refund request deadline: Within 7 days of successful payment, submitted via the Contact page with your order code and transfer proof.
• Processing time: Approved refunds will be returned to the originating bank account within 3 to 5 business days.

Collaboration inquiries

Messages sent through the contact form are an initial point of contact and do not form a binding agreement. Any agreement on scope, cost or timeline will be set out separately in writing between the parties.

Limitation of liability and governing law

I aim to keep the website reliable and its content accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the extent permitted by law am not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
