Piano Tâm Trạng Không Lời
For nights with too many thoughts
Some nights you lie down but your head refuses to settle. This album is written for exactly that stretch of time: solo piano, slow tempo, no lyrics asking for your attention, just the instrument staying beside you until things feel lighter.

Listening notes
When to listen
This album fits the stretch between switching off the light and falling asleep. If you play it while work is still on your mind, its slow pace tends to make you restless rather than calm. Save it for when the day is genuinely done.
How loud
Quieter than you think. Instrumental piano works best just above the threshold of hearing, filling the silence without asking for attention. If you notice yourself following individual notes, it is a little too loud.
What to play it on
A small bedside speaker or open headphones beat noise cancelling ones. Sleep music should not seal your ears, because the sense of being cut off from the room makes many people less relaxed, not more.
